Legathum Legacy, the AI platform for consultants: how it works for an Organizational Consultant

What is Legathum Legacy?

Legathum Legacy is Legathum's AI platform for consultants, and its definition is short: your method, scaled with AI. With Legathum Legacy you hybridise companies with AI: you automate processes across every area with agentic AI, and a virtual consultant sells and delivers your method from start to finish. You multiply projects without multiplying your hours.

It is designed for consultants who have a method of their own and deliver it to companies. Today, every new project takes more of their hours: selling, understanding the company, delivering, supporting. With Legathum Legacy, the method works without every step going through their diary, with the rules they have written.

The virtual consultant is an AI virtual clone: a replica of a real person that works from their judgement and says it is an AI. Legathum Legacy puts that clone to work on a consultant's method.

Who is Legathum Legacy for?

For organisational, people and HR consultants who deliver projects to companies. In our own terms, that category is called Organizational Consultant.

It fits best when these three conditions are met:

• You have a method you apply in the same way with many clients, even if today it lives mostly in your head and your documents.
• Your diary is the limit: you cannot take on more projects without taking hours away from the ones you already have.
• You want to keep deciding what matters yourself: what your method is, which rules count and what is decided about people.

If your method still changes from project to project, the first job is to write it down. Legathum Legacy does not invent a method: it scales the one you already have.

How does it work, piece by piece?

Legathum Legacy has three pieces that work from the same method:

The third piece is the same hybridisation Legathum applies in its own consulting, explained in what is company hybridisation with AI. The difference is that you deliver it, to your clients, with your method.

What does the Book of Criteria do?

An agent without its own rules answers with whatever sounds plausible. With the Book of Criteria, the rules of your method are written down and reviewed, and they are the ones the agents use.

Each rule is written in plain language, has versions and is reviewed by a person before it counts. So when your method changes, it changes in every project at once.

Writing it is the most important part of the work, and it starts with what you already repeat in the same way with every client: which questions you ask first, which signals you look for and what you recommend depending on the answer. Legathum Legacy also includes the Master Brain, the institutional memory the agents work from.

What does the virtual consultant do today, and what is in development?

The virtual consultant is the clone of a real consultant: it works from your Book of Criteria, speaks with your avatar and your voice, says it is an AI the first time it speaks, and its name ends in "Clon IA".

What exists today: each twin's Master Brain and Book of Criteria, with reviewed and approved rules; the face and voice from a single recording of about seven minutes in the studio; consent by email with a video, the manual review and revocation with one click; and introducing itself as an AI the first time it speaks.

In development: each client's virtual consultant selling, scheduling, charging for and delivering their service from start to finish without the person stepping in. That is what it is designed to do, and we cover it in AI virtual consultant: what it can deliver of your method and what stays yours.

What stays yours?

Legathum Legacy scales your method, but it does not decide for you. These decisions stay yours:

• What your method is and when it changes.
• Which rule goes into the Book of Criteria: none counts until you approve it.
• Giving or withdrawing consent to use your face and your voice.
• Decisions about the people in the companies you work with: hiring, promoting or changing roles.
• Negotiating, closing the agreement and answering to the client.

The fourth matters most to an Organizational Consultant. The EU AI Act treats as high-risk the systems involved in hiring and selecting staff or in decisions about the employment relationship (Annex III, point 4), with obligations from 2 December 2027 following the Digital Omnibus, and the GDPR (Article 22) protects people from decisions based solely on automated processing.

The third has a legal basis too: in Spain, using a person's voice or image for commercial purposes requires their express consent (Organic Law 1/1982, Articles 2.2 and 7.6), and withdrawing consent has to be as easy as giving it (GDPR, Article 7(3)). And anyone talking to a virtual consultant has to know it is an AI, from 2 August 2026 (EU AI Act, Article 50).
